SICL Mummy House Was Awarded the Honorary Title of 4-star Mummy House by Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions

With the care and support of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Economic and Informatization System Trade Union, CIIC Trade Union and the management, and with the joint efforts of all employees, in June 2020, SICL Mummy House was awarded the honorary title of four-star Mummy House by Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions.


In the second half of 2019, the trade union of SICL actively responded to the implementation of relevant trade union policies and worked wholeheartedly for the welfare of female employees. On the one hand, the trade union studied and adopted the case and valuable experience of star rated Mummy House. On the other hand, the trade union pooled their wisdom and extensively consulted female employees for suggestions, striving to optimize and improve the scheme, and efficiently completed the preparation work of Mummy House. Before the opening up, special arrangements were made to remove formaldehydeand obtained the test certificate. A safe, private, clean and comfortable home for female employees was carefully created, and the humanistic care of the company for female employees was implemented.


Features of SICL Mummy House:


1. Hardware configuration features: The cabin covers an area of about 12 square meters and is located on the second floor next to the Financial Management Department. It is fully equipped with CHEERS massage chairs, MINIJ refrigerators, KUBBABY disinfection cabinets, etc., in accordance with the standards of the five-star Mummy House. There are toilet facilities in the house. The pink partition curtain provides a warm and private space. The password lock is set to ensure safety. The central air-conditioning and daily dedicated cleaning and disinfection services ensure that it is comfortable and clean;


2. Features of the management system: Rules and Regulations including use, safety, cleaning, registration, etc., are put on the wall to ensure standardized management and operation;


3. Personalized service features: The trade union stablished a volunteer management team of activists, and plan to regularly hold pregnancy counseling lectures, parenting experience exchange,flower arrangement, baking and other interesting female activities. All these activities can continuously improve the efficiency and strengthen team cohesion.


SICL Mummy House will continue to uphold the original intention and provide the most warm and caring service to all female employees as always. In the second half of 2020, Mummy House will continue to work hard and actively strive for special subsidies from the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. In 2021, Mummy House will strive for the honor of five-star Mummy House of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.
